First eccentricity: the center of the stem rotation deviates from the centerline of the seat to ensure a tight seal between the seat and the disc
Second eccentricity: the center of the stem rotation deviates from the center of valve body. When the valve is opened, the disc can be quickly separated from the sealing surface.
Third eccentricity: the center of the sealing ring cone deviates from the center line of the valve, completely eliminating the friction between disc and seat.
